Tasks
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Champion customer success for repeat business
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Coordinate internal resources for onboarding and deployment
- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Develop and maintain long term OEM relationships
- Drive proof of concept and integration support
- Execute full sales cycle to contract closure
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead commercial and technical discussions with OEM partners
- Maintain accurate forecasting
- Own and deliver annual sales target
- Provide market and customer feedback to product roadmap
- Serve as embedded payment subject matter expert
- Support industry events and roadshows
- Support integration and certification
- Support mass production rollout
