Tasks
- Build and scale teams through hiring mentoring and leadership development
- Define OKRs KPIs and success metrics
- Define and execute AI engineering vision roadmap and operating model
- Drive adoption of MLOps and LLMOps best practices
- Drive collaboration transparency and continuous learning
- Ensure scalable secure and governed AI architectures
- Establish AI governance frameworks
- Lead AI modernization initiatives to production deployments
- Oversee design and delivery of GenAI platforms and reusable AI capabilities
- Oversee design and delivery of agentic workflow driven automation systems
- Promote platform and product mindset for reuse and standardization
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for AI Engineering teams
- Represent AI Engineering in enterprise forums and client engagements
