- Align technology solutions with quality standards and SOPs
- Assess client processes and maturity
- Deploy technology strategies for clinical trial execution
- Deploy technology strategies for data capture and management
- Embed technology into clinical delivery models
- Enable digital patient and site solutions
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance for technology solutions
- Identify and mitigate technology risks and dependencies
- Measure and communicate value metrics
- Plan and support implementation and configuration
- Recommend digital solutions
- Refine solutions based on delivery experience and client feedback
- Serve as primary embedded technology contact for client programs
- Support audit readiness and inspection responses
- Support study start up and site enablement
- Support technology solution design across FSO
- Support technology solution design across FSP
- Support technology solution design across SaaS
- Support user adoption and training input
- Support validation readiness
