Tasks
- Apply FMEA DOE and statistical analysis
- Coordinate embedded system testing module and product levels
- Develop embedded systems and electrical designs schematics and PCB layouts
- Drive design reviews risk assessments and operational readiness reviews
- Drive product transfer into manufacturing
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Lead NPI and sustaining process improvements
- Lead component lifecycle management
- Lead embedded systems integration programming verification diagnostics
- Maintain engineering documentation BOMs test reports validation plans
- Manage engineering change requests and notifications
- Manage suppliers for PCA fabrication and testing
- Mentor junior engineers
- Perform data trending and analysis
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support product lifecycle activities
- Support prototype validation EMC EMI and safety compliance
- Update work instructions and test requirements
