- Coordinate AI native transformation program
- Develop divisional AI champions network
- Ensure compatible AI tool ecosystem
- Ensure data privacy and clinical oversight requirements
- Maintain acceptable usage guidelines
- Manage AI governance framework
- Manage software licenses usage and costs
- Oversee AI tool selection and access
- Oversee internal AI communications and enablement
- Resolve program blockers
- Run champion syncs and executive updates
- Set deployment standards and decision rights
- Support vendor management with data engineering
- Track progress adoption and blockers
