Software Engineer - Embedded & Functional Safety Software
Tasks
- Analyze logs traces watchdog events and system resets
- Collaborate with electronics systems safety and R and D teams
- Configure debug and validate SICK safety logic
- Design and implement embedded C and C plus plus fixes
- Ensure safe robot behavior under real world conditions
- Escalate issues with safety impact analysis mitigation steps
- Implement and validate safety mechanisms
- Improve testing validation and deployment pipelines
- Investigate safety relevant incidents and fault scenarios
- Own embedded and safety related software issues
- Reproduce safety critical failures in lab environments
- Use Safety Designer for safety logic design and validation
