- Assess regulatory risks with legal and policy teams
- Build and scale safety engineering function
- Create safety requirements verification strategies and evidence plans
- Define product safety strategy for robotic systems
- Develop hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and develop mitigations across hardware software and controls
- Lead hazard analyses HARA and FMEA activities
- Monitor emerging regulatory frameworks and standards
- Represent company in standards body regulator and expert discussions
- Translate safety requirements into product architecture
