Tasks
- Assist with setup of new initiatives and program launches
- Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs
- Ensure equipment safety guards and devices in place
- Handle fulfillment and shipping escalations
- Maintain safe distribution and production environment
- Manage fulfillment workflow
- Monitor team activity and effectiveness
- Perform in process inspections for order accuracy
- Prepare investigational reports for management review
- Provide administrative support to pharmacists and support staff
- Provide training coaching and feedback
- Report consumption of labor materials and inventory
- Troubleshoot fulfillment problems and escalate incidents
- Verify cold chain inventory storage and counts
