- Build and run stewardship community of practice
- Create stewardship playbooks onboarding and training
- Define stewardship roles responsibilities and escalation paths
- Design enterprise Data and AI stewardship operating model
- Document AI models purpose ownership data sources and risks
- Drive data classification and sensitivity tagging
- Drive enterprise adoption of business glossary
- Drive enterprise adoption of critical data elements
- Drive enterprise adoption of end to end lineage
- Drive organizational adoption of governance
- Embed stewardship into product lifecycle AI development lifecycle architecture and change processes
- Ensure accountability for AI use cases and models
- Ensure accountability for critical data assets
- Ensure accountability for data products and pipelines
- Ensure alignment to responsible AI requirements
- Establish data steward network
- Register AI assets in AI data catalogs and registries
- Run stewardship forums councils and working groups
- Serve as business owner for Informatica governance platforms
