Tasks
- Administer Anthropic platform and APIs
- Assess estate readiness and identify knowledge gaps
- Configure API gateway SSO SIEM and observability integrations
- Deliver prompt library tuning agent design and proof of concept engagements
- Develop and validate support runbooks and technical documentation
- Enable enterprise RBAC and rollout waves
- Implement security guardrails and usage controls
- Lead onboarding and configuration of AI platform tenant
- Participate in AI review board governance
- Produce prompt agent catalog and integration documentation
- Provide L15 L2 architecture level incident escalation
- Run knowledge transfer exercises with outgoing providers
- Track platform innovation and release cadence for reporting
