- Apply Retrieval Augmented Generation
- Build AI native product using spec driven development
- Collaborate with product and design
- Design and implement reusable AI skills
- Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks
- Join customer calls and reviews to understand workflows
- Mentor peers and document AI engineering best practices
- Monitor and iterate in production
- Own systems end-to-end
