Tasks
- Build and maintain production machine learning pipelines
- Build and maintain production monitoring systems
- Collaborate with software engineers for deployment and integration
- Create reproducible training workflows
- Detect data drift and performance degradation
- Develop model serving architectures for real time and batch inference
- Establish continuous evaluation and improvement processes
- Explain AI concepts and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Implement MLOps experiment tracking and model versioning
- Operationalize models with Data Science teams
- Provide diagnostics and remediation for production issues
- Use evaluation frameworks to guide model improvements
