AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Assistant Vice President

Tasks
- Automate support workflows with scripts and dashboards
- Develop runbooks and SOPs to reduce MTTR
- Ensure security and compliance with IAM and data governance
- Manage incidents and problem management workflows with ITIL
- Monitor and optimize Gen AI workload health and performance
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform root cause analysis for platform outages and failures
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Serve as L3 escalation tier for production incidents
- Stay current with platform updates and deprecations
- Troubleshoot end to end architecture across multi cloud services
- Validate model endpoints and manage API versioning
