- Advise executives on AI strategy and operating model
- Contribute to thought leadership through POVs whitepapers and workshops
- Define AI ML and generative AI solution architecture
- Define MLOps processes for model lifecycle management
- Design and implement NLP document processing solutions
- Design and implement computer vision document processing solutions
- Design and implement generative AI RAG pipelines
- Drive AI led automation for collections and recovery
- Drive AI led automation for customer onboarding and KYC
- Drive AI led automation for customer service
- Drive AI led automation for lending operations
- Drive AI led automation for payments and cards operations
- Enhance straight through processing first time right and turnaround time
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML and data privacy regulations
- Establish reusable automation frameworks and accelerators
- Identify and quantify high value AI use cases
- Implement enterprise AI governance and responsible AI
- Implement intelligent automation using RPA and workflow orchestration
- Integrate AI solutions with core banking and CRM systems
- Lead delivery program management across geographies
- Lead end to end AI transformation engagements for retail banking clients
- Manage multi disciplinary teams and ensure delivery quality
- Support presales solutioning proposals and client pitches
