Analyst, AI Automation
Tasks
- Adhere to AI governance security and data privacy standards
- Assist with model evaluation prompt tuning and output validation
- Automate operational tasks including meeting summaries and action tracking
- Build APIs and scripts to integrate AI tools with internal systems
- Contribute to experimentation and rapid prototyping with version control
- Create reusable prompt libraries and structured templates
- Design build and maintain AI agents and automation workflows
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting for portfolio transparency
- Develop retrieval augmented generation pipelines and prompt based workflows
- Document technical design assumptions and controls
- Maintain version control and documentation for automation assets
- Participate in AI risk assessments and model documentation
- Prepare governance materials and executive ready summaries
- Support Technology Book of Work tracking milestones risks dependencies and status updates
- Support data preparation transformation and basic feature engineering
- Support initiative intake documentation requirements clarification and backlog grooming
- Test validate and monitor AI outputs for accuracy and risk alignment
- Track initiative KPIs and benefits realization metrics
