Analyst, Global Contracts & Analytics
Tasks
- Act as procurement liaison for sourcing strategies
- Analyze contract utilization and spend
- Analyze vendor performance and SLA trends
- Contribute to forecasting and cost analysis
- Define business requirements and scope
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Extract, validate, and analyze data
- Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues
- Maintain documentation and SOPs
- Maintain vendor master data and rates
- Monitor performance trends and identify risks
- Optimize contract management and analytics platforms
- Participate in end to end RFP process
- Perform bid evaluations with cost analysis
- Prepare and distribute recurring reports
- Prepare pricing analyses
- Resolve reporting data and system issues
- Streamline reporting processes and reduce manual work
- Support budget vs actual reporting
- Support contract governance documentation
- Support global contract management
- Support reporting tool enhancements
- Support vendor onboarding and AP setup
- Track contract execution status
- Train stakeholders on dashboards and reports
- Translate business needs into data requirements
