Tasks
- Adjust labor deployment for volume surges
- Analyze data identify trends and lead huddles
- Coach associates on safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with safety loss prevention operations integration and human resources
- Conduct one on ones and provide real time feedback
- Develop plans to meet business objectives
- Engage team during shifts
- Manage safety quality productivity and delivery performance
- Monitor real time metrics for productivity and package flow
- Recognize great performance
- Resolve equipment issues and remove process barriers
- Support mentor and motivate team
