Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator - Weekend Shift
Tasks
- Adjust assembly line controls and processes
- Adjust assembly process to meet specifications
- Analyze product assembly specifications
- Assign assembly and fulfillment tasks
- Conduct routine testing and inspections
- Count stack mark band and transport finished product
- Detect product defects and line malfunctions
- Direct fulfillment department employees and equipment
- Follow safe operating procedures
- Investigate safety product quality equipment failure material waste
- Manage material flow to and from assembly lines
- Measure product dimensions for accuracy
- Perform inventory transactions
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Perform quality inspection of finished product
- Provide assembly line instructions
- Recommend line operation improvements
- Remove cut pieces from product
- Select install and set up assembly lines
- Set line up accordingly
- Take corrective action for disruptions
