- Build data quality and metric definitions
- Define BI strategy and roadmap
- Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Enable self-service analytics
- Establish BI governance and standards
- Lead BI initiatives end to end delivery
- Maintain Metabase as source of truth
- Partner with Finance Product and Leadership on analytics
- Perform customer analytics and forecasting
