Tasks
- Align cross program work streams
- Collect and analyze participant feedback
- Coordinate accreditation data submissions and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate dual enrollment operations across programs
- Coordinate onboarding for dual enrollment staff
- Coordinate partner visits site observations and accreditation activities
- Coordinate professional learning events and training logistics
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports
- Design and manage annual planning calendar
- Ensure FERPA compliant data governance
- Exchange program data with internal and external teams
- Maintain communication plans
- Maintain data dictionary and user guides
- Maintain operational resources templates and tools
- Maintain reporting calendar for grants and accountability timelines
- Maintain shared events calendar and toolkit
- Maintain unified enrollment and student data infrastructure
- Manage event budgets and financial reconciliation
- Manage event contracts and vendor documentation
- Monitor spending against allocations
- Plan and manage dual enrollment events logistics and schedules
- Prepare fiscal reports
- Provide inputs for work plans and deliverable tracking
- Run cross program operational meetings and follow up action items
- Support NACEP compliance accreditation renewal and corrective action plans
- Support budget planning and fiscal management
- Support grant reporting and fiscal documentation
