- Coordinate position postings and hiring activities
- Ensure HR and payroll data accuracy
- Forecast expenditures and plan budgets
- Maintain personnel and payroll records
- Manage and reconcile financial records
- Manage purchasing card reconciliation
- Monitor departmental expenditures
- Oversee college budgets and accounts
- Oversee procurement including purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Prepare financial reports
- Provide training on budget procedures and DASH processes
- Reconcile budget and financial records
- Review and approve contracts for compliance
- Review invoices and payment documentation
- Review position descriptions and compensation practices
