Tasks
- Analyse business processes for automation and AI
- Assess AI outputs for quality accuracy compliance and relevance
- Capture and document business requirements
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
- Define AI and hyper automation use cases
- Describe AS IS and TO BE processes
- Design test and improve generative AI prompts
- Follow SDLC controls and governance practices
- Participate in workshops on AI RPA and hyper automation
- Refine and prioritise backlog items
- Structure user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support user acceptance testing for automation and AI solutions
- Translate business questions into AI prompts
