Senior Cloud Data Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture data engineering analytics governance and security teams
- Conduct architecture and design reviews
- Create reusable platform components and reference implementations
- Define Azure cloud data platform architecture standards
- Define access control encryption and data protection standards
- Define data pipeline storage partitioning and lifecycle standards
- Design data ingestion and integration patterns
- Develop data processing and transformation platforms
- Develop reference architectures and technical patterns
- Establish analytics and data consumption enablement patterns
- Implement lakehouse data storage architectures
- Implement monitoring observability and operational support standards
- Lead proofs of concept technical validations and platform pilots
- Own design and build Azure data platform capabilities
- Provide engineering enablement templates and frameworks
- Provide technical leadership for platform design decisions
- Provide technical mentorship
