- Automate data preparation reconciliation and reporting workflows
- Build repeatable analytics for forecasting territory and next best action
- Coach direct reports and build analytics and commercial operations capability
- Define SFE KPIs and conduct productivity business reviews
- Develop executive ready Power BI dashboards
- Ensure compliance audit standards and governance for incentive operations
- Ensure data ownership definitions and quality controls
- Frame hypotheses quantify opportunities and risks
- Govern CRM data standards and adoption
- Lead Commercial Excellence roadmap and governance for Thailand and Vietnam
- Maintain documentation version control and traceability
- Monitor market trends competitors and customer dynamics
- Own BI roadmap including data requirements and dashboard development
- Partner with commercial leaders on evidence based growth choices
- Perform diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Support target setting incentive design budgeting and performance tracking
- Synthesize research and internal evidence into strategic recommendations
