- Ensure privacy and information security compliance
- Evaluate build versus buy decisions

- Oversee product discovery and MVP definition

- Prioritize product portfolio investment
- Report progress risks and product performance to leadership
- Set product governance documentation and testing standards
- Shape GenAI RAG document intelligence and workflow automation opportunities
- Support client facing propositions using internal product capabilities
- Translate leadership priorities into roadmap
