- Analyze marketing data
- Assist casino management system configuration and maintenance
- Assist marketing plan and budget
- Conduct segmentation analysis
- Create proforma analysis
- Design and support promotions and campaigns
- Develop campaign SMS and outbound sales lists
- Develop operational procedures for database administration team
- Generate and maintain reports
- Liaise with business processes and marketing compliance
- Maintain departmental operational manual and SOP
- Maintain membership database integrity and security
- Monitor KPIs and deliver reports
- Perform UAT for new casino systems
- Perform database administration
