- Analyze landing page performance and traffic sources
- Build monitoring and alerting for KPI changes
- Conduct funnel health checks
- Derive data driven UX and structural optimization recommendations

- Implement optimizations in CMS and coordinate with internal teams and agencies
- Optimize ticket sales along customer journey
