Data Center IT Support Engineer, Data Centre Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate with third party vendors and contractors
- Enforce security best practices
- Escalate and resolve system issues
- Install and configure server racks
- Install and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure
- Manage spare parts rotation
- Participate in data center power and cooling events
- Remediate physical layer outages
- Remediate power issues on racks
- Replace server and network device components
- Support remote hands and eyes at edge sites
- Triage and resolve trouble tickets
- Troubleshoot Linux server problems
