Tasks
- Apply access control and encryption safeguards
- Build embeddings chunking vector index and hybrid search components
- Build production data pipelines
- Build retrieval augmented generation and tool calling agents
- Develop prompt tool and state handling logic
- Follow version control code review automated testing and CI CD practices
- Implement data quality lineage and compliance checks in pipelines
- Implement incremental loads CDC and idempotent reprocessing
- Ingest transform and publish data to lakehouse layers
- Instrument agents with logging tracing and observability
- Integrate components with internal data platform for lineage and metadata
- Measure retrieval quality and iterate
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve pipeline reliability
- Tune routing configurations for model selection
- Write and run evaluations guardrail checks and regression tests
