- Build and productize data integrations
- Build transformation pipelines and modern BI layer
- Contribute hands on on Snowflake and transformation layer
- Define engineering standards for data org
- Deliver client onboarding and data delivery engineering execution
- Drive AI on data layer
- Lead data engineering team and set technical direction
- Own data platform strategy end to end
- Partner with AI engineer to define agent and LLM access patterns
