Dealership Performance and Analytics Manager
Tasks
- Audit network composite reports
- Automate recurring reports and data feeds
- Conduct user acceptance testing for KPI system
- Coordinate dealer review inputs and distribute KPI slides
- Create steering committee presentations
- Develop composite and ad hoc reports
- Develop tools and interactive reports for field teams
- Enhance KPI system
- Ensure dealer accounting guidelines compliance
- Identify performance issues and recommend improvements
- Liaise with network development managers on action plans
- Manage dealership financial statement submissions and data quality
- Manage vendor relations
- Plan and coordinate group meetings
- Prepare business excellence retail consulting reports
- Supervise action item reporting platform
- Train internal and field workforce on KPI system
- Update financial statements and system modifications
