- Contribute to deployment playbooks and process documentation
- Coordinate delivery and installation
- Coordinate site readiness activities
- Identify risks and drive resolution
- Own customer deployments end-to-end
- Plan and manage deployment timelines and schedules
- Serve as primary point of contact during deployment
- Support post launch stabilization and operations
