Director, Applied AI & Agentic Platform Engineering

Tasks
- Build RAG pipelines with evaluation and optimization
- Collaborate with AI platform teams enterprise architecture and vendors
- Define measure and report platform KPIs and business impact
- Define technical roadmap with product and business stakeholders
- Design multi agent systems orchestration and coordination
- Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Implement CI CD automated testing infrastructure as code and monitoring
- Integrate and operationalize large language models
- Lead agentic AI platform architecture and development
- Recruit hire and mentor software and machine learning engineers
- Serve as technical authority and hands on lead engineer
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
