Tasks
- Advise business unit leaders on growth profitability and organization effectiveness
- Advise on diversity inclusion and workplace culture
- Build high potential talent pipelines
- Build predictive models for attrition risk and workforce scenarios
- Drive adoption of AI powered insights and automation in workforce planning
- Drive organizational design and role clarity
- Drive representation equity and inclusive hiring and development
- Drive workforce productivity metrics and span optimization
- Enable data driven and AI assisted ways of working
- Establish single source of truth for people metrics
- Improve top talent retention and leadership bench strength
- Lead analytics for hiring attrition productivity and organization design
- Lead performance system with clear differentiation and accountability
- Oversee immigration operations aligned to workforce strategy
- Own workforce planning and budgeting aligned to revenue and growth plans
- Partner with leadership to build skills based future ready organization
- Strengthen respect and inclusion governance and awareness
- Translate business plans into workforce strategies
