- Analyze complaints and service themes

- Coordinate data collection automation and reporting protocols
- Develop dashboards and analytics reports
- Ensure cybersecurity and privacy compliance with IT and Risk Management
- Establish data governance and compliance standards
- Evaluate guest programs using KPIs
- Identify service gaps and engagement opportunities
- Lead CRM systems strategy and implementation
- Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy
- Oversee passenger feedback channels
- Partner with cross functional teams for data driven initiatives
- Run monthly quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
