Director, Technology – AI Engineering Transformation
Tasks
- Define and measure engineering effectiveness using DORA metrics and developer experience indicators
- Drive adoption of AI assisted development tools and workflows
- Establish AI enabled software governance security controls and best practices
- Lead AI accelerated software delivery strategy and execution
- Lead executive communications and organizational change for engineering modernization
- Manage DevOps SRE developer tooling and automation teams
- Own engineering toolchain including CI CD code quality and release automation
- Partner with product architecture security and business leaders on technology alignment
