Drilling Development Manager (GenAI Products - Technical) - Landmark
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists for correct domain logic and data
- Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for GenAI development
- Ensure engineering validation explainability security and IP protection requirements
- Guide agent based behaviors and automation with guardrails and human in the loop controls
- Lead technical development of GenAI drilling products
- Mentor technical team members on GenAI implementation patterns and domain integration
- Oversee integration of GenAI products with drilling data and workflows
- Support product hardening performance optimization troubleshooting and operational readiness
- Translate drilling engineering requirements into AI implementations
- Tune platform or infrastructure for performance scalability and reliability
