Senior Software Engineer – AI Developer Tooling & Enablement
Tasks
- Build dashboards for Cursor usage and cost trends
- Collaborate with security legal CIS and platform engineering
- Consult on GitHub App authentication patterns
- Contribute to Managed CI CD Jeter and QMA
- Contribute to open source and inner source tooling
- Coordinate vendor requirements and issue resolution
- Design and implement Backstage plugins
- Design and implement SCIM integrations
- Design license management automation
- Drive proof of concept and incubation efforts
- Enforce policy and reporting automation
- Ensure AI tooling meets security compliance and responsible AI standards
- Establish AI tooling standards and best practices
- Evaluate vendor preview and beta features
- Maintain Selenium based automation suite
- Operationalize MCP server approval lifecycle
- Own GitHub and Cursor initiatives
- Participate in AI tool feature review committee
- Provide AI developer tooling platform stewardship
- Provide end-to-end product support
- Provide guidance on source control and CI CD patterns
- Secure productionize experimental AI capabilities
- Support SOX and security compliance audits
