- Achieve local DGI significant metrics
- Align business unit on DGI priorities action plans
- Assess business unit policies and processes
- Conduct data audits and assessments
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes systems and tools
- Implement data governance standards policies procedures
- Partner with DGI business partners technical experts and ECM experts
- Prepare for data governance audits and inspections
- Provide feedback themes to data governance leadership for continuous improvement
