Sr. Manager, Customer Analytics
Tasks
- Analyze HCP account and payer dynamics to inform targeting segmentation and engagement strategy
- Design and deliver end user training and training materials
- Design build and deploy BI reports and operational dashboards
- Ensure data governance monitoring with compliance
- Generate insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and commercialization processes
- Integrate customer engagement data for omnichannel analytics
- Own customer focused semantic data model elements
- Perform cross platform analyses build models test hypotheses and find root causes
- Plan develop deploy and evaluate data solutions and dashboards
- Process improvements for CRM functionality customer data and reporting
- Recommend BI and reporting solutions
- Support forecast assumptions using analytical models
