- Collaborate with QA to increase test maturity coverage and automation for pipelines and transformations
- Drive platform evolution standardize patterns reduce operational overhead improve maintainability reliability
- Ensure continuity and quality during change through release planning validation risk management
- Integrate data components with search and ML pipelines
- Lead data engineering team coach engineers and own work intake and prioritization
- Lead end to end design and delivery of data pipelines and data warehouse layers
