Tasks
- Collaborate with HR and IT on employee relations systems
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Develop dashboards and reports for employee relations metrics
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Identify process improvement opportunities for employee relations
- Implement data analytics for employee relations insights
- Lead digital transformation for employee relations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee relations data
- Manage employee relations projects
- Monitor and improve employee relations process effectiveness
- Prepare and submit regulatory and internal reports
- Provide training on digital tools and analytics
- Streamline and automate employee relations workflows
