Engineer II - FinOps Data Analytics (Remote)
Tasks
- Build cost allocation and tagging for cost attribution
- Create and maintain cost optimization dashboards and reporting
- Develop cost data collection and processing pipelines
- Develop scripts and automation tools for cost optimization
- Implement and test cost optimization recommendations
- Implement cost guardrails and automated policies
- Implement cost monitoring and alerting solutions
- Integrate cloud billing APIs with internal systems
- Participate in on call rotation for cost management systems
- Perform code reviews and technical design discussions
- Support data quality initiatives for cost reporting
- Support technical documentation for infrastructure patterns
- Troubleshoot cost related technical issues
