Tasks
- Build and grow edge ai robotics and embedded software teams
- Contribute to architecture reviews software design and critical engineering challenges
- Define and execute technical roadmap for edge ai and robotics platforms
- Deploy and optimize ai workloads across cpu gpu npu dsp fpga and heterogeneous socs
- Develop reusable software frameworks and reference architectures
- Drive architecture decisions across edge ai embedded computing and robotics software
- Drive simulation based development and validation using simulation tools
- Drive systems engineering requirements management and product development lifecycle
- Establish engineering best practices for scalable reusable maintainable software
- Evaluate emerging ai technologies compute architectures accelerators and tools
- Implement ci cd automated testing code reviews static analysis and quality metrics
- Lead ai inference and embedded systems and robotics software problem solving
- Lead development and deployment of edge ai perception and computer vision workloads
- Lead high performance software development in c plus plus and python environments
- Lead requirements definition decomposition traceability verification and validation using alm tools
- Manage project prioritization resource allocation and delivery planning
- Mentor engineers and technical leads
- Optimize ai models using quantization pruning distillation compression and compilation
- Support linux based embedded systems rtos and containerized applications
- Support robotics integration with ros 2 dds and autonomy stacks
