- Conduct scripted resale efforts
- Consult on admissions requirements and overcome objections
- Determine best resource and follow up with callers
- Gather and verify applicant information
- Input and update information in computer systems including CRM
- Manage difficult calls with minimal escalation
- Organize and deliver product information
- Process requests and update account history
- Provide admissions product and service information by phone and internet
- Provide customer service to prospective students
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries
