Enrollment Representative (44382)
Tasks
- Act as secondary contact to resolve enrollment issues with external agencies
- Communicate enrollment status to Member Services
- Generate membership correspondence
- Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Interact with contacts to resolve membership and eligibility issues
- Maintain file integrity and confidentiality
- Maintain membership eligibility information in system
- Participate in training and development
- Perform manual data entry of newborns and exception reports
- Produce enrollment activity reports
- Provide backup support for next level analysts
- Provide enrollment information to internal teams
- Report births and reconcile enrollment data
- Support coordination of benefits tasks
