- Maintain provider documentation and National Provider Identifier
- Manage managed care payors database for stores and optometrists
- Oversee store enrollments with managed care payors
- Set up managed care portal logins for stores
- Share payor IDs and portal login information
- Troubleshoot payor setup and portal login issues
