- Analyze customer lifecycle RFV and LTV metrics
- Build predictive models and behavioral triggers
- Collaborate with Data BI Engineering Technology and Performance teams
- Create analytical reports and executive presentations
- Design hypotheses and run A B tests
- Develop CRM strategy analytics for customer loyalty and engagement
- Ensure consistency of CRM metrics and indicators
- Evaluate CRM campaign and journey performance
- Measure test results and drive continuous experimentation
- Monitor CRM KPIs including retention conversion and incremental revenue
- Present insights and recommendations aligned to business priorities
- Transform customer data into actionable insights
- Translate business needs into analytics recommendations
