- Coordinate with third party vendors and contractors
- Deliver small to mid-scale projects
- Educate less technical staff
- Enforce security best practices
- Identify uptime improvement metrics
- Install and configure server racks
- Manage parts and spares rotation
- Participate in data center power and cooling events
- Prioritize and resolve trouble tickets
- Recover physical power issues on racks
- Remediate physical layer outages
- Replace server and network device parts
- Respond to 24x7 on call incidents
- Triage and resolve device trouble tickets
- Troubleshoot Linux server issues
- Troubleshoot XEN virtualization
