- Advise partners on fee structuring and negotiation planning
- Analyze and govern commercial proposals
- Assess margins using tools and bespoke models
- Build complex matter proposals with technology and AI assisted delivery
- Create best practice playbooks and commercial models
- Develop and implement pricing strategies
- Identify training needs and deliver pricing development initiatives
- Manage AFAs within financial systems
